I have been defrauded publishing initially through Xulon Publishing in the USA.
I am troubled with my present publishing situation which seems to be equally fraudulent.
I have three publications which without asking me or speaking to me has been Transferred to IngramSpark. (?) I live in the Midlands, England.
I have no complaint whatsoever with Ingram Spark whom I deeply appreciate for all the comments that my publishing friends tell me of you.
I publish under my real name "Keith Lannon".

Please check your lists.
Please. PLEASE! PLEASE! Could I have at least an hour long interview with a member of your staff.

I will happily visit your office in UK if wanted, or talk via a ZOOM meeting with a USA agent. I am seriously desperate to sort out my issue.

I also have more books to publish. It seems I have produced a "best seller" and yet received zilch.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Customer service contacted me.

They gave some excuses, but did give me a delivery date.

However, unfortunately, they still delivered late. Be persistent.

I self-published a book recently and decided to work with IngramSpark on the recommendation of a friend in publishing. I placed an order 5 weeks ago, and there is still no response regarding the shipment.

So, I decided I would order more, but using their rush delivery. That still took 2 weeks to acknowledge the order and ship, then another week to ship.

The tracking today shows the package was delivered, but when I went to check, it was not there! Both the shipping company and IngramSpark have no way to contact them!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. In addition to the partial refund, they offered an apology, but it came with an excuse. Be persistent.

I wasn’t their customer so they couldn’t help me. Order your books month in advance of your book signing. 4 weeks isn’t enough time apparently.

You need to shut them down. The people at Ingramsspark that I referenced are {{Redacted}} at sophie@***.com 213 469-**** and{{Redacted}} at ken@***.com 213 938-****. I doubt those are their names. They charged me through a payment processor called The Meta Mavericks.

I spoke to someone there named Will, he is trying to refund the money that I had paid them via Visa of $3,250 for the services. Please respond to this email regarding the removal of their fraudulent operation.

I was contacted by IngramSpark Support on February 7 and informed the matter was escalated to Production Operations. As of today, both titles remain in “Awaiting Update” status and have not entered production. Distribution is still disabled.

Never any contact from Ingram!

If this werent the only way to get my books into schools and libraries I would have moved on by now! Pissed and stuck!!!

I was accepted by IngramSpark for distribution, something my publisher said she had only seen once in her career. I accepted their proposal to place 1500 books in Walmart and other stores.

I was told they would set up a local book signing event at no cost to me but still had not happened. I have not seen any sales or money since they contacted me on July 17th, 2026. I spent $9,000 on the books.

I was told that if they didn't sell within a year, they would buy them back at cost. I am disappointed that they won't call, text or email me about my questions.

I have called and emailed them. I have only talked to someone three times, and that was months ago.

I cannot get anyone to respond. I have not seen a penny from the placement of my 1500 books.

I have talked to Marty, and he wanted to place my book, Orion's Park, in major retail stores. I paid $9k to get the 1,500 books sent.

The website doesn't show any sales, and nobody responds to calls or emails. Marty called and wanted 500 more books, but I declined due to no sales being posted. I have not received any payments. I was also told they would set up a book signing locally.

That has not happened. Frustrated!

Unable to access my account to set up new PW

I was not able to establish a PW and asked that they contact me by phone but they canceled my account anyway! They had sent several codes after I was out of town but didn't work!
