I have talked to Marty, and he wanted to place my book, Orion's Park, in major retail stores. I paid $9k to get the 1,500 books sent.
The website doesn't show any sales, and nobody responds to calls or emails. Marty called and wanted 500 more books, but I declined due to no sales being posted. I have not received any payments. I was also told they would set up a book signing locally.
That has not happened. Frustrated!

Excel book writing setup an account which I didn't need for my book they published. I had already paid $1,060 for Global distribution then they wanted an additional $50 to complete the process.
Found out it was not even setup in my name on Ingram Spark which I didn't even need as I already have an Amazon account, which they knew as I had given all of my information. I just wan to through with them and secure everything I can.
No customer service...there's no way to give them a zero so i just picked one
no way to get into my account. I was instructed to change my password; that didn’t work.
Then you locked my account, and then no one responds via emails after several attempts. Crazy, horrible customer support.

I 'thought' that books would be listed on your sales sheets. For instance, my children's book might be listed with schools and the papers that go home for parents to look over and buy.
I love to write Children's Poetry. Children love them.

I want to accept the new policy, but my email wasn't accepted. I tried to change the password to get into my account but I couldn't.
It's also confusing because there are different companies with a similar name. I am totally satisfied with the original printing!!

THIS company is so... customer unfriendly.
A title that I have had listed with them has been uploaded/changed a few times with a charge every time. THEY will not distribute the book because the ISBN isn't reflected in the title listing, but is in the interior PDF. Upon request to changing the SKU they provided to a the purchased ISBN, I am given the run around and asked to make a new title, charging me for another round because they aren't helpful in assisting me with a simple change.
I wish there was an alternative to INGRAMSPARK for distribution. AND I believe one day there will be.
